As we continue to grow as a company and branch out, we love those projects that really put our creativity to the test. When we were contacted by the Fire Island Beach Hotel to aid in their Boutique Hotel remodel, we knew we had to combine beach-living with light-hearted happiness to brand their new endeavor.
Working alongside the owners, we came up with the perfect mixture of fun and sun and sophistication, while still maintaining the luxury brand that is in the works. Our four by eight-foot island dream wall art designs were something that should blow patrons away. For this special and unique project, we decided to create a moss logo and foliage with a preserved palm tree to bring in the whimsical factor.

The owners wanted a fresh clean look for their logo that we dressed up with a bright sunshine radiant image and used fresh looking greenery below to resemble the reeds of a marsh environment. Their logo stands out crisp and clean with a bold font that has a very contemporary feel. It is a perfect combination of sophistication and natural eco-friendly.
Load the Wagon for a Day of Fun in the Sun!
The other piece that we designed for the hotel is a beach wagon that could carry all of your sand chairs and beach toys. Surrounding the wagon is a vast number of textures and various color hues that tie in together, and create a complex visual design.
And to top it off, we made resin blocks that mimic the different green colors and take from the natural wood floors and bench where guests can sit a spell and hang out. It is a calm space with just enough exoticness to escape the everyday and rejuvenate your soul.

Getting Creative – A Whimsical Preserved Palm Tree
Finally, we finished the space with a preserved palm tree, because after all, what signals an island getaway more than fresh coconuts and hanging palm leaves? To top it off, the planter is made from tiny shells perfectly placed in a basketweave design. To date, the entire scene is one of our favorites and something we are very proud of.
We were honored to help with the Fire Island Hotel renovations and we know that it will be a very popular hotel to spend your getaways, getting away.
